Jose Mourinho has been sacked by Tottenham Hotspur, according to multiple reports coming out of England on Monday morning.
The decision comes with Spurs sat in seventh place in the Premier League table and five points off the Champions League places.
The announcement also comes under 12 hours after Tottenham had confirmed they were one of the 12 founding members of the European Super League.
Mourinho was appointed as Mauricio Pochettino’s successor in November 2019, with his last match in charge a 2-2 draw against Everton on Friday.
The former Chelsea, Inter, Real Madrid and Manchester United boss leaves Spurs just a few days before their Carabao Cup final against Manchester City.
