PALMER REJECTS NOMINATION TO SERVE ON A GFA COMMITTEE.

The Ghana Football Association has declared itsintention to restructure the 48-club Division OneLeague to an 18-club league.

The FA has announced a five-member committeecomposed of three club members and two fromthe association will advise the GFA on the way forward with theproposed project.

According to reports reaching 433sports.com, Wilfred Osei Kwaku Palmer was nominated to represent Zone Three but rejected the role however Bofoakwa Tano General Manager David Obeng Nyarko was nominated by the clubs in Zone One while Jojo Duncan was chosen by clubs in Zone Two leaving Zone Three pending as at the moment.

With Palmer’s decision to reject the job, Zone Three will have tocome out with a new candidate, or try to convince the formerchairman of the Black Stars Management Committee to change his mind.
